Born in Pisa, Alessandro developed an early love for the sea and design, drawn to the way space could feel personal, and how design could carry emotion. After studying Yacht Architecture in Florence, he gained extensive experience in the yacht industry, leading complex projects and mastering adaptability in a constantly evolving field.
In 2014, he founded Pulina Exclusive Interiors, guided by a vision of creating spaces where form and feeling exist in harmony. For him, true luxury is an experience: a space that feels personal, a design that holds presence, a detail that tells a story. His approach values preparation, humility, and respect for the craft. Firmly committed to excellence, he believes in synergy, continuous curiosity, and design that brings comfort and meaning, honouring both tradition and innovation.
Paolo Pelosini
Senior Designer, Style Leader & FF&E Manager
With over a decade of experience at Pulina Exclusive Interiors, Paolo is a key figure within the studio, leading a multidisciplinary team through every stage of a project. But his true passion lies in the early phases of each design, where mood, atmosphere, and stylistic direction are defined.
As FF&E Manager, he carefully selects each piece, ensuring that materials and furnishings speak a shared language of harmony. For Paolo, design is a silent conversation, a way to evoke emotion, offer comfort, and let spaces speak with authenticity.
Federico Benvenuti
Senior Designer & Project Leader
Federico’s journey as an architect began long before he knew the word. As a child, a sign on his bedroom door read “The Architect is at work. Please don’t disturb”. That quiet determination grew with him, turning curiosity into a calling. His path led him from the University of Architecture in Florence, where he absorbed Renaissance proportions, to Domus Academy in Milan, where he further developed his design language.
In 2014, he joined Pulina Exclusive Interiors, where his creativity found its canvas in yacht design. Blending imagination, care, and vision he creates environments that feel as intuitive as they are refined.
Yi Tao
Partner & Business Development Director – Asia
Born and raised in Shanghai, Yi grew up in a world where entrepreneurship and appreciation of culture were intertwined. In 2014, she moved to Tuscany, studying at a private fashion school, and in 2018, she joined Pulina Exclusive Interiors, where her blend of business insight, artistic sensitivity, and cross-cultural experience became a key asset.
Today, she bridges the studio’s presence between Asia and Europe, ensuring every design speaks fluently in both cultural languages, while bringing vision, trust, and innovation to every project
