The Dubai International Boat Show 2025 marked a significant chapter in the global presence of Pulina Exclusive Interiors. As the Middle East continues to rise as a key market for superyacht innovation and bespoke design, our participation at this year’s event was both a strategic statement and a creative milestone. At the heart of our presence was the world debut of M/Y Akhir 44, a bold new chapter in Italian yachting. Designed by Cantieri di Pisa with exteriors by Antonio Luxardo and interiors by Pulina Exclusive Interiors, Akhir 44 redefines the balance between sportiness and sophistication.

Design that resonates beyond borders.

Our design philosophy for the Akhir 44 began with a question: how can we bring people closer to the sea, and to each other? On board, the main deck is dedicated entirely to shared living, a spacious saloon and dining area designed for togetherness. The sleeping quarters, including a generous owner’s suite, were relocated to the lower deck, where panoramic windows at water level immerse guests in a truly sensory marine experience. The yacht’s layout follows a horizontal narrative, fluid, harmonious, and symmetrical. The central staircase becomes a sculptural anchor that structures the space, enhancing both function and balance.

Movement and Material.

Every surface tells a story. The warmth of bleached oak contrasts with cold metals and polished steel, giving depth and dynamism to the interiors. Soft, natural tones keep the atmosphere fresh and luminous, offering a setting that feels both contemporary and enduring. The dining area adapts fluidly to different occasions, thanks to sliding partitions. The open-plan kitchen is sculptural and efficient, designed to host guests and inspire conversation. Each design gesture was made with a purpose: to create spaces that feel effortless and alive.
